Why do I need to enter a confirmation code to sign in?
The MakeItCount™ App & Website now uses 2-step verification – which is a more secure way to manage your account and no longer requires a password. Because of this change, you’ll now need to enter your phone number, then enter your confirmation code.
The good news is passwords are no longer needed – and you’reaccount is more secure than ever.


Do I have to update the MakeItCount™ App?
New security features require all members to update the app and sign back in. If you did not have to download the latest version – then you likely have automatic updates turned on (high-five!). 

Whare rewards are now available?
You can view all your rewards in the REWARDS section in the MakeItCount™ App or Website. You now just have more options to choose from. Redeem your points for CentsOff® fuel discounts, gift cards & charitable donations. You may also choose to link to your Southwest Rapid Rewards® or Wyndham Rewards® account to deposit your points directly.

Am I still in my partner program?
Good news is that members no longer need to choose their preferred partner program. This gives you more rewards options to choose from. For example, you no longer have to choose Target in order to redeem your points for a Target gift card. You can redeem your points for a variety of rewards – including CentsOff® fuel discounts, gift cards & charitable donations. You may also choose to link to your Southwest Rapid Rewards® or Wyndham Rewards® account to deposit your points directly.

Where did my ACCOUNT screen go?
To make it easier to navigate and use the app & website, we’ve consolidated the PROFILE and ACCOUNT screen together. You can now find everything for your account in one place.

How can a get a MakeItCount™ card?
You can pick up a MakeItCount™ card from any participating MARATHON or ARCO station. And be sure to link your card to your account in the MakeItCount™ app or website. Once linked, you can use your card the same as entering your MakeItCount™ ID.

I don’t see any rewards available. Why is that?
If you have linked your MakeItCount™ Rewards account to your 
Southwest Rapid Rewards® or Wyndham Rewards® account you are automatically depositing points into your linked account. If you unlink your account, current points will remain in your Southwest Rapid Rewards® or Wyndham Rewards® account. Once your account is unlinked, any new points earned will accrue in your MakeItCount™ Rewards account, allowing you to see and redeem rewards.


Why are my points depositing into my linked account a different value?
If you have linked your MakeItCount™ Rewards account to your Southwest Rapid Rewards® or Wyndham Rewards® account you are automatically depositing points into your linked account. 
Points values vary and are converted based on the followingexchange rates:
  –  20 MakeItCount Rewards points = 1 Rapid Rewards® point
  –  10 MakeItCount Rewards points = 1 Wyndham Rewards® point
